Chairman's Circle Award

Each year, Advanced Solutions International conducts a review of their resellers, rating each on 23 separate criteria including:

  • Dedication to complete customer satisfaction
  • Commitment to the not-for-profit industries
  • Commitment to investing in the development of staff technical skills through training

    Based on the results of this evaluation, the top 12 AiSPs in the world are selected to receive the prestigious Chairman's Club Award.  This award recognizes those AiSP's whose commitment to quality ensures the future success of the many associations and not-for-profit organizations that use the iMIS CRM solution.

    BSCI has been elected to serve in the Chairman's Circle eight times, and is the only firm in the Chicago area to receive such an honor.

    ASI Customer Satisfaction Award

    BSCI has won the ASI Customer Satisfaction Award multiple times, most recently in 2008.  The ASI Customer Satisfaction Award recognizes the reseller who demonstrates the highest level of customer commitment as measured by the customer satisfaction index conducted by ASI.
